Gumal III is a new luxury apartment complex which is due to begin construction in May 2006 with an estimated completion date of 2007.
This construction is a project which belongs to Tropical Sun Property Promotors and constructors. This will be the third complex in the current "Gumal" projects. The first complex has been completed and all apartments sold at an amazing rate. Projects two, three and four are either now available to reserve or will be online very shortly.

All interior doors and frames will be in laquered wood with co-ordinating handles and hinges.
The complex offers a variety of designs.
All bedrooms will be double rooms, some of which lead directly onto the sun terracethrough double glazed patio doors.
