Gumal III is a new luxury apartment complex which is due to begin construction in May 2006 with an estimated completion date of 2007.
This construction is a project which belongs to Tropical Sun Property Promotors and constructors. This will be the third complex in the current "Gumal" projects. The first complex has been completed and all apartments sold at an amazing rate. Projects two, three and four are either now available to reserve or will be online very shortly.
It is situated at the far end of Roquetas de Mar and is approx. five minutes walk to the Golf course and Golf club. It is close to all amenities including supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, doctors, dentist, pharmacy and the local schools.
